You may cancel at any time

Access continues until the end of your billing cycle

Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital content and instant access:

No refunds will be issued once access is granted

No refunds for unused time

No refunds for partial billing periods

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided (ebooks, systems, materials) is owned by The Elevation Book Club.

You may NOT:

Resell content

Share login access

Distribute ebooks outside the platform

Copy or reproduce materials

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the platform for illegal activity

Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt services

Misrepresent yourself or your earnings

6. Earnings Disclaimer

We do NOT guarantee income or results.

Earnings vary based on effort and strategy

Any examples are not promises of income

You are responsible for your own results

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts

Remove access without notice if terms are violated
